Dean Winchester/Eliot

Dean was pissed. They'd been on a case for a week and still hadn't figured it out. It seemed someone else was on the same case and the asshole seemed to be one step ahead of them. Finally they'd gotten a lead and were on their way to the house where the demon they were hunting was supposedly at. The poor sap being used as a meat suit was apparently some important businessman and the demon riding him around like his own personal pony was causing enough trouble to have made the papers a few times over.
He looked up at the house as they pulled up, eyes narrowing as he surveyed the layout. They got out and he popped the trunk, pulling out his pistol and the demon knife before sliding the blade into his boot. Once they were both loaded up they made their way to the door, pushing it open easily and heading inside. Dean immediately lifted the pistol, looking around before motioning to Sam that he was heading upstairs, being as silent as humanly possible.

Date: 2013-04-19 04:24 am (UTC)The nudge was answered with a swat of his paw, but he was quickly settled against Dean and enjoying the light scratches. Actually, although he was in front of the television now, his attention was on Dean more. His eyes had grown half lidded as he rested his head in Dean's lap and his wolf just enjoyed the attention of his alpha.
But damn if his stomach didn't choose that moment to rumble.

Date: 2013-04-19 04:38 am (UTC)He started the heat before looking back at Eliot for a moment. He fidgeted before grabbing a bottle of water. He didn't know if he should pour the bottle in a bowl or not. He didn't want to treat Eliot like a dog.

Date: 2013-04-21 01:18 am (UTC)No, in fact, he was putting it in to cook.
Stopping where he was, the wolf tilted its head and looked up at the man making him dinner. Ir wasn't necessary, but he appreciated the effort anyway when the soft sizzling and sound of cooking fat filled the small hotel room.
Hungry now, Eliot nudged a nose at Dean's leg then looked up at the bottle of water. Really, water was water, the important part was to make it available for drinking, and holding onto it high above his head wasn't helpful.

Date: 2013-04-21 01:33 am (UTC)He stood back up, checking the steak for a moment before digging through the fridge for the chinese leftovers. He grabbed a plate, piling it up with food as he shifted a bit, checking the steak again.

Date: 2013-04-21 03:48 am (UTC)He didn't know if he would act anything remotely like this around any other should he have changed before them, but he knew without a doubt now that he wouldn't harm Dean. It was a relief to finally know there was someone he could relax with.

Date: 2013-04-21 03:56 am (UTC)"Okay you enjoy that and I'm gonna go stretch out on the couch." He watched him for a moment before nudging him lightly and smiling. "You come pile up on me when you're done and we can watch tv. Sound good?"

Date: 2013-04-21 04:19 am (UTC)It was rather like a large puppy holding onto its master's slippers the way he half trotted, half limped there.

Date: 2013-04-21 04:27 am (UTC)"If I'm around next full moon...you'll be healed by then. I'd kinda like to see you then? Actually out of a hotel room and able to run around? Its up to you though." He shifted before laying his head down on the arm. He'd completely forgot about his own food at the point, proving he wasn't really all that hungry yet. He'd get it later.

Date: 2013-04-21 05:16 am (UTC)This time he allowed Dean to see him because he had no choice... but why would Dean still want to see the beast next time? Eliot by now knew he wouldn't hurt Dean, but he also wasn't worth seeing like this.
He lowered his head down onto Dean's chest and then slowly started tugging on the meat again. What was so good to see about him stuck in an animal form and with his mind half human, half beast?

Date: 2013-04-21 05:22 am (UTC)Unfortunately, the idea kind of made Dean sick. He knew he should want to break the bond. He was a hunter. He shouldn't want to be stuck with a werewolf, but he knew Eliot was different. He wasn't just some blood thirsty monster. He glanced at Eliot for a moment, fingers catching in his fur for a split second before moving, scratching over his skin again.
Maybe Eliot thought it wasn't worth it being stuck around a human like him. It wasn't like he had the highest opinion of himself either.

Date: 2013-04-22 06:23 am (UTC)Yawning, he rested his head down on Dean and all but snuggled against him, not that he would ever admit to doing so even under pain of torture. But with Dean sprawled over the couch like that, unless Eliot took to the floor, that was how he was going to have to share the couch with Dean.
And damn if he wasn't comfortable that way. In fact, he was so comfortable that he yawned then started drifting against his Alpha.

Date: 2013-04-22 06:33 am (UTC)Before he actually fell asleep he curled one arm around Eliot, holding him close while his fingers still stroked idly.

Date: 2013-04-22 07:36 am (UTC)It was nearly dawn when Eliot suddenly awoke with the barely suppressed desire to howl. His whole body felt like it was on fire, and half falling and half jumping, he rolled off Dean to the floor below. Damnit! He had lost track of time in his sleep and now the change started to overtake him before he was ready for it.

Date: 2013-04-22 07:44 am (UTC)He still felt warm from having the wolf sprawled over the top of him, leaving him fuzzy and slow to wake.

Date: 2013-04-22 08:45 pm (UTC)His bones had already started shifting, breaking, twisting, remaking back into the human form that he originally used to be. The fur was reabsorbed so the thinner pale flesh could come out beneath, reddened from the process of being remade. Short wolf paws lengthened back to digits as he all but curled in on himself, mouth opened wide in a silent scream from the excruciating torture.
Several minutes was all it took, but by the time the last blonde hair grew out, he was sprawled out on the floor and panting like his life depended on it. His nerves still shivered from the pain that was sent flooding through them not so long ago, and when he tried to draw himself up too early, he whimpered and fell back down again.
A few minutes, he would need that much before he could try to do anything.

Date: 2013-04-22 08:56 pm (UTC)"Just...shit I don't know. Rest." He went to the fridge grabbing a cold bottle of water before restarting the microwave. He took the bottle of water over to Eliot, sitting on the bed and unscrewing it. "Need a drink?"

Date: 2013-04-22 09:36 pm (UTC)Eliot was limp in Dean's arms as the hunter helped him over to the bed. It was a good thing that Dean was a strong man as the werewolf had no strength to support himself at all even for the short trip across the room.
"M'fine," he muttered with a note of annoyance when he was all but tucked in. "Just... need a moment to recover, s'all."

Date: 2013-04-23 02:22 am (UTC)"Okay, well, your wound is looking pretty good. I think its getting close to fully closing. Umm...you want me to bandage you up before I let you rest? I figured I'd go flop on the couch and watch some tv..."

Date: 2013-04-23 03:23 am (UTC)"Leave my back." Shifting, he grimaced slightly when he shifted but he still kept off it for now. "If it's healin', let it air dry." He closed his eyes for a bit then opened them up again. "I feel better."

Date: 2013-04-23 03:44 am (UTC)The fork clicked on the plate and he picked it up, spearing a piece of chicken while he looked down at Eliot. "Thats good. I was hoping you'd be feeling better soon. I'm just waiting for you to not look like you're gonna pass out to start telling you I told you so." He winked playfully, trying to get the man to smile.
"Sam'll probably text in an hour or so. I'll see if he's found out any more about...this thing between us. Maybe I'll give you some good news."

Date: 2013-04-23 04:44 am (UTC)"You're lucky, alright. Don't push it." Yet it was obvious that he wasn't going to harm Dean though. Not that he couldn't, he most definitely could, but he didn't want to.
"That's good... findin' out more about it is a good idea." He closed his eyes and all but rested his head on Dean's lap. Even though he slept the whole night through, that change really took a lot out of him.

Date: 2013-04-23 04:52 am (UTC)He changed the channel on the tv, staring at the screen before setting the remote down. He nodded a bit, fingers faltering in his hair for a moment. "Yeah...I mean hell, you'll be rid of me if he gets it all figured out, right?" He pushed Eliot's shoulder lightly, trying to make it seem unimportant, but the smile was gone from his face.
"No more annoying the shit out of you..."
no subject
Date: 2013-04-23 05:12 am (UTC)"It's a good idea to know more about what's affectin' us. It's... damnit, Dean."
He raised a hand and rubbed at the bridge of his nose.
"Not tryin' to get rid of you."

Date: 2013-04-23 05:16 am (UTC)He didn't look convinced at ALL, but he left it at that. He wanted Eliot to get some rest and getting this started would do just the opposite. He hummed slightly as he bit into an eggroll, smiling a bit around it and scooting down a bit.

Date: 2013-04-23 06:39 am (UTC)Interestingly enough, while he normally had trouble sleeping more than a few hours at night, even less when with company, yet around Dean, he was sleeping more than he normally would for a week.
