Dean was pissed. They'd been on a case for a week and still hadn't figured it out. It seemed someone else was on the same case and the asshole seemed to be one step ahead of them. Finally they'd gotten a lead and were on their way to the house where the demon they were hunting was supposedly at. The poor sap being used as a meat suit was apparently some important businessman and the demon riding him around like his own personal pony was causing enough trouble to have made the papers a few times over.

He looked up at the house as they pulled up, eyes narrowing as he surveyed the layout. They got out and he popped the trunk, pulling out his pistol and the demon knife before sliding the blade into his boot. Once they were both loaded up they made their way to the door, pushing it open easily and heading inside. Dean immediately lifted the pistol, looking around before motioning to Sam that he was heading upstairs, being as silent as humanly possible.

It was damn hard tracing down the ring that he was hired to retrieve. Eliot didn't know what the deal was or why the guy who owned it seemed to go around town acting out, but he traced it to the house's safe and that was what mattered.

He was there at the house already, one arm around the business man's neck while the other twisted his arm behind his back. Strange, the guy was a lot stronger than he looked, but Eliot had him subdued and was currently forcing him to open the safe.

"Come'on, I don't have all day, man."

It left the dude with one hand free to type in the combo, but Eliot made it clear that he wasn't going to stand for any funny business.

However, he stiffened when he heard footsteps approaching from below. He couldn't explain it, but something about it made his hair stand on end.

No one was more surprised than Eliot when he found himself facing Dean. The human who he had that one night stand with, the hunter. For some reason, it emitted a light growl from his wolf.

"A demon?" He looked to the guy in his grasp and his eyes went round when the guy blinked and suddenly his eyes were black. Not like black pupils, but pitch black, like equine eyes.

"The fuck?" To his credit, when the guy tried to twist free during his moment of confusion, instead of letting go, Eliot slammed him hard against the door to the safe.

"I don't care what you are, I said open it!"

He glanced briefly back to Dean. "Sorry, pal, doin' business here."

The demon was struggling in earnest, making Eliot twist its arm back far enough that he actually heard a crack. Yet the thing didn't seem to even notice as it continued to fight him off.

"What the hell's goin' on?" he demanded as he used all his effort to hold the thing down.

He glanced at Dean over its shoulder before the thing pushed Eliot backwards into a wall. Eliot got the breath knocked out of him for a second, but still not letting go, he gripped on tighter.

"Whatever you're gonna do, do it quickly! I can't hold on much longer!"

He wasn't a hunter, he didn't know what Dean wanted to do, but he could bet that it had something to do with that silver knife of which just looking at made him nervous. Even so, more than likely it would be easier to do while Eliot got the thing immobilized instead of free and fighting.

Eliot fought down the insane desire to cringe in the face of Dean's anger. The hell? "I let go, that thing would be hard to grab hold of again."

Squaring his shoulders, he stepped away from the body with a grunt and glanced warily over towards Dean. And his silver knife.

"No," he said, stepping over to the safe and frowning at the various bundles. Then spotting the small jewelry box behind one of them, he grabbed it and opened it to reveal the ring with some sort of crest on it.

"Came here for this," he said showing it before stowing it into his jeans pocket. Though he was now giving the cash in the safe thoughtful looks too.

"Wouldn't mind takin' some cash though."

Eliot growled, feeling threatened by Dean although he couldn't explain what or how. Rather, it wasn't by Dean, but his inner wolf's reaction to Dean.

He jerked his arm away as if it burnt him, being nice to not have turned it into an attack to show the other what he was capable of.

He strangely had no desire to do such a thing.

Grunting, he turned to grab a pack of the money, heaved it, then shrugged and let Dean carry it. Technically Eliot didn't need it although it would help too.

Being called a 'hunter' though did make him arch his brows in surprise. It might've given him away, but he was quick to drop them and cover with smirk in an arrogant way. "Sam, huh. Nice to meet you. Yeah, I say we get outta here before his backup security makes it here."

If Sam had explored the house, he would find that the original security guards had all been knocked out one way or another.

"Sure," Eliot answered, not minding the idea of seeing Dean again and shooting a few beers together. If he was lucky, they might shoot more than drinks.

"I'll be there in an hour," he said as they parted ways outside.

Strangely, he couldn't get the hunter out of his mind either. He wasn't trying to remember him intentionally, but every so often over the last few weeks, he would recall him again. Eliot tacked it down to this being the first person to know he was a werewolf.

Erupt had went back to his own hotel room and packed his stuff away before coming to meet with Dean. Lurking in a corner in that pub with the ironic name, Eliot waited for Dean to settle and order a drink, watching him quietly to see if he came alone. It wasn't until Dean was halfway through his beer that Eliot detached himself from his corner to approach.

"Hey," he greeted and waved to the server. When she came over, he gave her a charming smile and ordered a draft from the 'sweetheart'.

"Don't think your brother bought the hunter crap," Eliot said as he settled down next to him.

"He's alright with that?" Not that it really mattered if Sam wasn't, but given that the brother was also a hunter, Eliot wanted to know if he had to watch out for the giant of a man shooting him in the dark.

"Yeah, I had somewhere to be last time," he lied. "Figured to save you the trouble of kickin' me out in the mornin'." And, he didn't trust Dean enough to fall asleep beside a man who professionally killed monsters like him.

The mention of his mark had Eliot give Dean an annoyed glare. Good thing the server appeared then with his beer and the look instantly softened when Eliot thanked the the 'sweetheart'.

"Beats me... Shouldn't be there," he said gruffly afterwards, still annoyed but at least not glaring at Dean. "Whatever the reason, now I got two bite marks on me as if one wasn't enough." Referring to his wolf bite for the other.

He also didn't deny that, yes, he was wary about Dean stabbing him in the middle of the night. He also didn't answer the hunter that, unlike Dean, if the hunter tried anything, Eliot wouldn't have trouble killing the man he just fucked.

"So, you got a curfew with your brother?"

"Separate rooms sounds like a good plan." Eliot's eyes followed the group coming in too. In fact, his gaze had flickered that way every time the door opened, and the way he positioned himself at the bar had him half facing that way too.

"Hope you didn't get one next door," he answered with a smirk of his own. That in itself was his answer to Dean.

"Yeah, he'd be stupid to not figure that out." Eliot chuckled and arched up his eyebrow. "So what's the hurry?" he taunted, still leisurely taking his time with his drink. So far he drank only half that draft.

"Night's still early." He glanced at the clock that hung over the bar that read a quarter past midnight. "Relatively."

He made no move to get up either, obviously intent on teasing Dean. He knew the other man wanted him and he enjoyed working it up more.

Eliot's nostrils flared slightly at Dean's bold statement, but it was the light growl that sent the shiver of excitement down his spine. He didn't know what was it, but it made the hairs at the back of his neck tingle.

Slowly, he lowered his drink to the bar table.

"Damn right I'd kick your ass if you tried," Eliot said in a slow drawl then paused briefly to smile back at the server girl who passed batting her lashes at him. When she moved on, the werewolf turned his smirk back on the hunter.

"And who's to say it won't be me screwin' you into the mattress this time, Dean?"

Dean's jealous answer actually got Eliot to look back in surprised. "Chill, man, she just brought me my beer." He wasn't even consciously trying to flirt with her, although when she passed, he did notice that she had a shapely body. In fact, it looked like the girl had tucked her shirt down tight even more than it was before.

Chuckling, Eliot looked back at Dean and shook his head. "Just so you know, you're really no match for me."

His smirk was even more of a challenge. It was implied that Dean got to top because Eliot let him.
