He grabbed the bottle of water he'd set on the nightstand and opened it, handing it to Eliot. He closed his eyes for a moment before frowning. "I'm gonna call Sam in a few hours. He's probably driven all over town looking for me. I paid the guy at the desk extra not to say shit to anyone if someone came looking for me. Just in case."

He looked down at Eliot then. "Not gonna tell him where I am, but maybe he can give me some info. Well, he will because he knows that if he doesn't help he can just forget finding us. He can find a way to help flush out your wound though."
