He rolled his shirt higher before tugging a small emergency first aid pack out of his back pocket. He tended to carry it around on their bigger hunts so they could patch up on the go. He rolled it open before looking down at him. "Ok...this...fuck this is gonna hurt but I need you to stay still."

He pulled out a flask of holy water as well, knowing it wouldn't burn before opening it and splashing it over the wound to clean it some. His belt came off and he folded it over. "Bite down on this." He mumbled, brushing fingers through his hair for a moment.

He pulled the tweezers out of the first aid kit, moving over Eliot, sitting on his thighs before pressing his hand to his back to try and hold him down. Then he went in, pressing in to work the tweezers around the bullet, digging carefully.
