"The hell?" Few things could stun Eliot Spencer, but being told that someone went to Hell for 40 years might do it. He stopped short and the rest of what Sam said became background as he merely turned to stare at Dean.
"Is he serious? You..." He trailed off when it was clear that neither of them were joking.
"How's that freakin' possible?" He got up and walked up behind Dean. "Talk to me, man. I get I'm missin' a lot here, and no one's gonna fill me in but you."
But he got that some things of the past should stay in the past. He did, so he wasn't going to push even though this made him physically uncomfortable with how strange it all was and without an explanation. He couldn't help but sniff Dean again, subtly, just to make sure he smelled like he was alive and not some reanimated corpse.
